    Hi,

    This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    THis did not help. And on parts of bar i have show_if_external. What does it mean

    Hi @maxim12344,

    It looks like your product data area isn’t working when editing a product. Could you start by sending us your system status report?

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response. That’ll give us some helpful additional information to work from.

    Hi @maxim12344,

    It’s hard to say, things seem to be fine from the system status.

    Based on the url (https://wordpress) is this a local site? If so, how has it been setup? You also only notice this issue of the product data meta box being blank when trying to create a product?

    Also, what did you mean by

    And on parts of bar i have show_if_external.

    Can you share a screenshot of that for us?

    Hi @maxim12344

    Just checking-in to see if you keep running into troubles. I’d recommend that t you try doing a proper conflict test as @shaneeckert suggested. The system status report looks fine, but if the problems still persist, there might be something triggering it. I’d also recommend looking at WooCommerce > Status > Logs for any errors. Also you might want to look at your browser console for any errors. This might guide us in the right direction about the nature of the problem.

    We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as Resolved.

    However, if the problems persist, feel free to reply to this thread, or open a new one.
