I deleted Theme sponsors links in footer and can't get into Admin or website

    Hi all,
    I deleted the sponsors links and websites from the footer yesterday in the WP editor and then clicked update.

    Now I can’t access my wordpress admin dashboard and the website only shows the following message on a white screen:

    This theme is sponsored, all links in the footer should remain intact

    Please help.

  • Hello. Most likely the lines you deleted were in the footer.php file. You will need to connect to your server via FTP and replace the edited footer.php file in your theme with its original version. The original file can be found in the theme’s zip you downloaded.

    And this is going to be a premium theme that we don’t support here. It’s best to go to the support site where you bought the theme for help with customizations and issues and how to remove the footer links.

    Cheers guys. Got it sorted by going through my server and reinstalling the theme. Cheers again!
