    I am a total doofus. I deleted my email followers last night thinking I’d downloaded them. Turns out I hadn’t. Arg!

    Is there any way to retrieve this list or have I just lost my followers?

    No, one the followers are deleted, they’re gone forever and will need to re-subscribe.
