    We will update it in a day or two.

    Hello..
    I am building a WC store with the free version of the theme and am happy so far with its features. I have been working with V2.0.1. Today I upgraded to V2.0.3 and as soon as I did my meta slider is now showing on the shop page, although I have not set it up to do that, and I do not see anywhere to turn it off.
    Fortunately I had the earlier version saved and downgraded.
    Please provide suggestions on why.
    Thank you.

    What is your URL? Are you using default products listing page as home or custom page as your home.

    Hi Marsian,

    At this time the site is in development and hidden so I cannot share a url. Also I have set the site back to V2.0.1 which I know is stable.

    I have a static home page with meta slider, using the page with no sidebar template, and default products list page as installed by WC for my shop. V2.0.1 gives me the desired effect with the meta slider on the home page as set up in the page editor, and page title only on the shop page. However when I update to V2.0.3 my home page continues to behave properly but my shop page all of a sudden displays the meta slider instead of just the page title. The single product and category archive pages are fine, displaying just the product name/category.

    Note other than some custom css in the customizer, I do not have a child theme installed or any customized templates. The CSS does not affect anything to do with page titles or the slider.

    I was going to send you some screen shots but cannot paste them here.

    Maybe the code from page source will help:

    Here is the code for the banner from page source for V2.0.1 shop page

     <!-- #Banner -->

            <div class="iheader" style="">
            	<div class="titlebar">

                    <h1 class="entry-title">Shop</h1>				                	<div class="nx-breadcrumb">
                    <!-- Breadcrumb NavXT 6.0.4 -->
    <span property="itemListElement" typeof="ListItem"><a title="Go to Purple Rose Creations." href="https://www.purplerosecreations.com"><span property="name">Purple Rose Creations</span></a><meta property="position" content="1"></span> > <span property="itemListElement" typeof="ListItem"><span property="name">Products</span><meta property="position" content="2"></span>                	</div>

                </div>
            </div>

    <strong>vs V2.0.3 where you can clearly see it is pulling the slider when it should not be in the shop page.</strong>

     <!-- #Banner -->
                                    <div style="max-width: 1350px; margin: 0 auto;" class="ml-slider-3-6-8 metaslider metaslider-flex metaslider-81 ml-slider">

    <strong>

    Both urls distinctively show shop as the page being displayed.

    Please let me know if this is enough information to help you figure out the problem. I would rather not unhide the site but if I must temporarily for you to find the issue I can.

    Thank you very much.

    You can turn off the shop page (default WooCommerce product listing page) slider from customizer panel
    “Front Page Settings (blog/shop)”

    avabusiness

    (@avabusiness)

    Ok that worked, and I see similar settings in the shop page editor that I don’t recall seeing before. The feature is unchecked.

    Now that the slider is gone, the page title is missing. Hide title is unchecked in the page editor. I tried adding a custom title too. Neither is allowing for the page title to display on the page. All other pages are ok with their page titles.

    Here is code snip-it from page source for the shop page:

    <!– #Banner –>
    <div class=”iheader” style=””>
    <div class=”titlebar”>
    <h1 class=”entry-title”>

    </h1>
    </div>
    </div>

    <div id=”main” class=”site-main”>

    There is no value in the entry title at all. I do not have it hidden with an CSS either.

    Thanks for your help.

    Great theme by the way, and I am impressed with support too. ??

    There is “Banner Text” field in the panel “Front Page Settings (blog/shop)”

    Hi everyone.
    As for the question starting this topic, may you provide the correct method to update i-craft theme and Woocommerce?
    I’m little confused lately, but, should I update the theme before Woocommerce? If so, should I just click “Update” on the theme in my adminstrator panel? I’m using a child theme and in antoher post here I read that the child theme has to be update too. What does that mean?

    Thanks in advance and thanks for this great theme.
