I couldn't be happier

I’m relatively new to WordPress, but I already have a few plugins that I like and must have when I’m working on a new site. Keeping that in mind, please note that this is the first time that I have left a review (shame on me). I’m that impressed.

First of all, I had it downloaded, activated and working on a test site within a very short time with no fuss. It worked out of the box without me having to tweak it much, if at all. For the most part, the settings were intuitive and any question I had was addressed by the developer’s site or the WordPress support forum.

I ended up with a quirky issue that I knew my client would have a problem with. I scrolled through around 6 pages of the support forum for this plugin. While I didn’t find the answer to my particular issue, I was impressed by how active the developer is on this forum.
I ended up posting my problem and his response time to my question was so impressive. My problem was quickly resolved and it was an all-around positive experience.
