    Hi,

FTP into your account and rename the plugins folder. This will allow you to log into your site. Then once you are logged in rename the plugins folder back to its original name. Enable the plugin and remove your IP address from the Locked IP Addresses tab.

Once you carried out the above, start investigating your settings. For example: The following features might cause this behavior.

    1) Did you enable the Rename Login Page feature under Brute Force tab?
    2) Did you Whitelist your IP address under Login Whitelist tab?

Let me know how you go.

    Kind regards

Thanks for the support. Done as said. I fixed 1 try for ip lock. Now changed to 5.
I feel this plugin is great and more user friendly when compared to others.
