Everything on the site is working except the plugins issue

Hmmm, ok, let’s try something else.

Does the problem continue with all plugins deactivated? If not, re-active each plugin individually until you find the one causing the problem.

If that does not solve the problem, try downloading WordPress again, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), and delete then replace your copies of everything on the server except the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory with fresh copies from the download. This will effectively replace all of your core files without damaging your content and settings.

Some uploaders tend to be unreliable when overwriting files, so don’t forget to delete the original files before replacing them.

Wouldn’t lose my products posts and files on the website?

Hope I wouldn’t lose my themes, products and other stuffs on my website?

As mentioned above, “This will effectively replace all of your core files without damaging your content and settings.”

    Just follow the steps exactly.

If I understand you clearly, i should open another WordPress, can I do that with a sub-domain or something? Or still my original domain?

    No, definitely not.

    Please re-read the steps above.

Alternatively, there’s a “re-install” (or similar) button at Dashboard > Updates, and that might work, I’ve had about 80% solve rate with that vs. a manual re-install. Definitely less work though. ??

Okay I think this one would be better, because I’m not really familiar with the first step and I don’t want to mess the site at all! Can you give me more steps about this new one that you sent please, because I seem not to understand it fully.

I have fixed this issue by replacing the core files, I’m so so happy ! Thanks to everyone, I’m really grateful, God bless y’all.
