I connect to google drive bt cannot download

    I connected to google drive and saw the folder in google drive.

    However when im trying to download the data base, plugin , theme etc, it stated error:

    db:
    Error: Download failed
    Google Drive: backup_2020-05-17-1152_Lips_Carpenter_3c48f63b27a7-db.gz: Error: File not found

    What is the issue?

    Hi,

    Please can you click on the “Rescan remote storage” link to update the backup list. Then to download the file again.

    Do you still get the same issue?
