I changed the homepage template & now I need to change back

I am currently using a custom theme and love it (https://www.themelab.com/2008/08/04/vectorlover-free-wordpress-theme/). At one point, we wanted the home page to have no header, no menu and no sidebar. We wanted only to have a video that automatically played and an optin. We had someone create that for us. I think he changed the code on the homepage template.

But now we want to go back to the way the theme was originally designed and cannot get in contact with the guy who did the editing. I do not know enough about editing code to get back to the original homepage code. Can you please help?
