I changed the Blog Address (URL) in Admin and cannot now login.

    I’m setting up my blog site. I thought I had to change the Blog Address (URL) via the Admin module as my WordPress files are under the public-html folder. So I typed https://www.velovoyager.id.au/public-html. Now my home page is not rendered in HTML and I cannot login to change the Blog Address back.

    Can someone help me here please?
