I changed my URL address and it all falls apart – Pls HELP!

On my settings,
I changed my wordpress URL from https://publicsecret.me.uk/gina/wordpress/
to just https://publicsecret.me.uk, and how I can’t even go back to change it!! Whatever I want to do now its all 404 not found..Please help!
