I changed my theme now i cannot login it edit my site

I changed my theme once from default to tiga but then could not figure out how to get the blogroll to work so I picked another theme that had a blogroll.It must have also had some malicious code because it took away the place to click to login. I deleted the theme but now the default theme does not display the place to login. I can no longer edit my site.

Can someone help
