I changed my blog URL and now cannot login at all.

    I was updating my URL settings for my blog (https://www.momentsbyab.com/blog)

    When I would link to specific posts it would make the url like this: https://72.32.185.217/~abarto/blog/wp-admin/
    the wordpress theme was originally downloaded there before it was uploaded as per instructions from big folio (host)

    SO I thought I could switch the url in the settings to momentsbyab.com/blog to make the links cohesive. only it didnt work and now I can’t login to my wordpress account AT ALL from either address. any ideas?
