I changed domain name to drop the /wordpress from my domian.

In the setting where the url is listed as example.com/wordpress(wordpress file) and my site example.com, I changed both and dropped the /wordpress to just have the domain name. Now I am locked out of my site, wordpress and everything. How do I get back into wordpress?
