    Hi all
    I will need setup to Paypal Plus with my client from Germany.

    When I go to finalize the purchase, and I indicate that I am from Germany, four payment options appear.
    If I go to Paypal, it does not always give me the option to pay in installment and it does not indicate how many months I require, the times it gives me the option (I only managed it 2 times), it always made the total value of the cart divided 4, and every 2 weeks.
    This is possible to modify it?
    We have entered with the client, Paypal Business Germany account in PaypalPlus, and we could not detect in which area of the Dashboard, these monthly payments can be modified (in our case, we saw that they were fortnights).
    I appreciate the possibility that you can tell me, since we have downloaded the manual from DRIVE, and doubts continue about how to proceed so that term payments are granted to anyone in the world, and not only to end customers in Germany .
    Is it correct that the installment payment is for everyone, since it is granted by Paypal? (from the point of view of who buys, since whoever sells must be from Germany, Mexico or Brazil, as we have reviewed)

    Hello @leon1980

    PayPal installment is available for all countries. PayPal Plus for the countries you mention only. It’s up to PayPal if a client is able to pay via installment and how he should pay.

    Also, the client has to enroll for this feature in his acct. Mean customers who didn’t enroll for it can’t use that payment method.

    Hi Andreas and thanks for your quickly request.

    My client is from Germany, and he already has the installment payment option activated.
    However, indicating the same user in Woocommerce for the installment purchase, indicating the same sandbox buyer in Paypal, the installment payment does not appear.
    What is the correct process?
    When I go to the banner, it works only for 12 months, but not for less … In this banner, should any action be taken after seeing the costs or is it only informative?

    PayPal normally adds here https://prnt.sc/11lppfc the ID by itself. You don’t need to add here anything. Please delete it and save it again.

    Also, the installment is working for 12 months only. Clients can’t choose any months.
