    Hi,

That URL structure is the correct format to generate a PDF using Gravity PDF.

Does the PDF show up on the screen when you click the “View PDF” link? Do you get an error message?

If you can provide more information about your problem I’ll be able to assist.

It appears as a white page with myurl/?gf_pdf=1&fid=1&lid=16&template=default-template.php . No error message , just white page.

Do you have any errors or warnings on the PDF System Status page (located at Forms -> Settings -> PDF in your admin area)? It sounds like a memory issue and your System Status should show a little warning if you have less than 128MB available.

Yes It does. How do I increase my memory. I set my wp-config.php define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’128MB’); . Not sure if that is the fix, because it stills says available ram:64MB

If that method doesn’t work you may have to contact your web hosting provider for assistance.

I was able to figure it out with the value 96 (‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’96MB’); . For some reason 64, 128 and 256 did not work.

    Thanks
