I can’t use the plugin

    I bought the pro version which was actually quite expensive in my country’s devalued currency, because I created a customized product page and needed the shortcode and unfortunately I can’t even use the shortcode, the graph doesn’t appear and neither does Lowest Price and as if the plg-in was disabled, I am very disappointed I need urgent help

    1. Screenshot of your Chart settings.
    2. Screenshot of the Product Price History table with prices recorded for one product.
    3. Let us in on the details—where and how did you insert the shortcode?
    4. Did the free version of the plugin function as expected on your site?
