I cant use Permalink! help

Hi people, i have a problem with permalinks. ive made a new page in the backend called > cars now in the url the page is called >
https://localhost/wordpress/?page_id=18
but i want it to be calledhttps://localhost/wordpress/cars
is that not possible??
