I can’t use ‘Contact Teacher’ after version upgrade

I’ve just tested the contact teacher feature on a new course, and I was able to send a private message to the teacher of the course.

Could you try loading https://startlab-classroom.com/co/messages while logged in and check if you see the messages there?

What happens if you try to send a message via the contact teacher button?

I needed to fix this issue quickly, so reverting the version solved it.

In order to send or receive messages, the user needs to be registered and logged into a website.

If you are not logged into the website, the Sensei messages feature will not work. More info here.

I tried checking the issue on https://ml.startlab-classroom.com/レッスン/総合演習-2/, but since the website does not allow user registration, I was not able to complete the test.

– In which version of Sensei LMS are the messages working properly
– In which version are the messages not working properly?

We can also check the issue on https://ml.startlab-classroom.com/レッスン/総合演 to help with this, please enable User Registration on the website so that we can create a test account -> enroll in the course -> test sending and receiving messages.
