I cant upload music with my mobile phone

After setting up my frontend dashboard,i created a subscriber account to test how it will look. with laptop i can upload music inside a post, but with my mobile phone i cant upload music but i can upload pictures, Why?

Also i found out that with mobile i cant access the menu on my dashboard.
