I can't upgrade any plugin?

  • When I click on automatic upgrade link for any plugin, then my webside main page opens and message below occure in webside main page :
    ‘Sorry, the page you requested was not found. Maybe you can help call.’

    ??

  • I had a problem for jetpack first. I am not able to reactivate or delete jetpack for reinstalling again. I could not solve this problem?
    Later, I noticed that I can also not updaye new wordpress version
    When I tried, it informs that :
    “PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”
    I can also not update other apllication either, if any.
    Can you please help me.

    @atlantis1525: Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.
