    Hello,

    Sorry you’re having trouble updating, can you send us an email to [email protected] and we’ll look up your account by email address? If you can also provide the domain where you’re running Draw Attention Pro we can make sure that there isn’t anything set wrong on our end.

    In the meantime, you can always access your account here: https://tylerdigital.com/my-account/ and download the latest version (you can reset your password if you’ve never logged in there).

    If you can also let us know where your site is being hosted that’ll also be helpful in tracking down why the auto-updates aren’t working for you.

    Hi there,

    We are seeing an issue with the Downloads tab in the account and are working on a fix. As a temporary workaround, if you go to My Account > Purchase History > View Details & Downloads and then click on “draw-attention-pro-1.5.2.zip” link that would get you a copy of the plugin. Sorry it’s such a hassle for the moment!
