I can’t update images

Hello, i like so much this theme but now i have a problem.
After few weeks from the first settings, I went to upload through WP Customize, the new site logo and the new background of the page header, but in both cases the new images do not appear. I tried to block the cache plugins and to do the operation again but nothing changed, the images that appear are always the same as before. To explain better: in the WP Customizr preview the new images are there, perfectly uploaded and published, but when i go live on the site nothing changed. How can I solve it? Thx
