If you switch back to our theme, then we can guide you how to fix that issues. We guess, that issues was because of the image and you need to regenerate it. https://docs.candidthemes.com/refined-magazine/#about-refined-image. Also please note that the featured image on the website should be minimum of 1170px width and 600px height.
