I can’t translate the button text in polylang

  • Hello, I’m using your plugin and I have polylang installed on my website. In the translations part of polylang, there is no field to add the text I chose in different languages.

    You mean “support topic”, right? There are no tickets here and there never has been. Tickets imply customers and you do not have one customer on this site.

    If they are paying customer then please send them to your site instead.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    Please try using our [alg_wc_atcbl_translate] shortcode when setting labels in the plugin settings, e.g.:

    [alg_wc_atcbl_translate lang="EN"]Text for EN[/alg_wc_atcbl_translate][alg_wc_atcbl_translate lang="DE"]Text for DE[/alg_wc_atcbl_translate][alg_wc_atcbl_translate not_lang="EN,DE"]Text for other languages[/alg_wc_atcbl_translate]
