    after installing the plugin I tried to transfer my site to another site it gives me an error message that the memory exceeds after several tries it works but it stuck on 48% it does not move, My site Size Is 2.5 GB.
    Please Advice

    It looks the memory of php exhausted.
    I have sent the log to our developer, we will let you know once the issue is resolved.

    I tried The Solution you sent to me, I raised the memory to 512 first time the progress bar stopped this time on 80% I raised it again to 1GB the same 80% I will try another time with 1.5 GB and if it works I will let you know

    After the last update Version: 0.9.19 the issue is fixed
    I was able to back up my site 2.60 GB on my host server in 20 Min and transfer the site to another site in another host in about 1 hour.
    I changed my setting as advanced to these settings:
    – Compress files every 200M
    – PHP script execution timeout to 240 seconds
    – Retrying times when encountering a time-out error to 7 times
