I can’t use the download and the export tabs

Hi, I have a problem with Tiger Admin Display Plugin.
I can’t to acces two tabs ( export and downloads) downloads is the tab for the plugin WordPress Download Monitor and for Tiger Admin Display Plugin I can’t use this 2 tabs.
I want to keep the tiger plugin but I want to make something to can use the download tab and the export from admin panel.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
