I can’t to change highlighted image

Hello, I need some help. I’m trying to modify the Twenty Sixteen theme. On the home page, the highlighted image appears not whole but cut into a square format. I cannot understand how I can change this rule so that the full image is displayed. Can you help me, Thanks.
