I can't set my own password

    I’m new to wp.org.

    I followed instructions on how to change my password but my interface only allows me to request a newly generated pw, rather than set my own.

    Is this no longer allowed or am I missing something?

    Have you clicked in the box where the generated password is displayed? You should be able to change the generated password to set your own.

    after generate new pass always note that , because wordpress always auto generate a strong pass, that not possible to remember..
