I can't send pings

My website: wizardcorpse.com, cannot seem to send pingbacks. I try many times I even tested it but to no avail. I used to send pings especially to inmalafide where I am a guest author, but since the last two months I am having this problem, these all started when my ip was always wrongly banned by Askimet. does it have anything to do with that? or is my site banned in some way?
