I can’t send form

    I add test form, I didn’t change anything and I can’t send form. I have message “Wyst?pi? problem z wys?aniem twojej wiadomo?ci. Spróbuj ponownie pó?niej.” This is message in input field: “Sender’s message was failed to send”. I have actually Contact Form nad WordPress.

    Please help.
