I can’t send an email

    I set up this page and enabled email sending, but

    /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wcv-all-vendors#/

    ↑

    I can’t send an email even if I click the unapproved button for a specific vendor on this page.

    Thanks for contacting us.

    I’m sorry to hear about that, it shouldn’t have happened.

    I’m able to replicate the issue with not being able to send the “Vendor notify denied” email if the admin rejected the vendor application via the “All Vendors” page. However, this email will be sent if it’s rejected via the All Users page.

    I’ve raised a ticket for this issue to our development team to investigate. We’ll keep you updated and let you know as soon as it’s resolved. Thank you for your patience!
