I can’t seem to get Header and Footer right.

    I have got HIKKER template kit. I can’t add header or footer to my site. I have followed the instruction screenshot video uploaded in one of the topic related to header and footer here ( via Jeg elementor kit). When i try to insert the template, it stops at 50% automatically without any error message. Also checked the installed plugins and they are all required ones. I am currently in local host.

    We apologize for the delay in our response. Did you successfully import the template after reaching 50%? Previously, we tried it on our local environment, and the template was imported successfully. After reaching 50%, the process was completed instantly, and all templates were imported successfully.

    Apart from the Header and Footer, were other templates successfully imported? If not, we believe that this issue may not be related to the Jeg Elementor Kit plugin. If you have a debug.log file, you can check for error messages there; perhaps error messages have been logged in that file.

    If possible, you could try creating a video demonstrating the entire process from installing the template kit to completing the import process. That would help us better understand what is happening.

    For now, you can try saving your permalinks again to regenerate them. Sometimes, issues arise due to permalinks not being generated correctly.
