I cant see what im writing when i create a page

when i create or edit a page, i cant see the text because is white, here is a screenshot:

And the Visual and Text tabs dont work.

Im customizing it, how can y modify the sidebar width ? i want the left sidebar narrower, and the center column with the page, wider.
