On my website I try WP_DEBUG and does′t work. I try update pdf.php before like you dicrabe me on my localhost, if I don′t make some mistake and it was same problem like on my website, but WP_DEBUG working.

I have patched the issue which you are having. Please use WordPress’ automatic updates to upgrade to version 3.5.10, or download the latest version from our plugin page.

Please note, the reason you were having this problem is because you don’t have a new version of Gravity Forms installed and enabled. So while the new update will fix the white screen error, you won’t be able to utilise the plugin until you install Gravity Forms.
