Hi @smot83, thanks for getting in touch with us!

What is the precise error message you see and where on your site is it presented? You can either copy/paste the full message here or use a service like Snipboard to screenshot it.

    Thanks,

    Peter.

Hi, I disable Wordfence because I can’t see the pages but if I can send you a video please give me an email to send it.

    Thanks

    Hi @smot83,

I just received your email but hadn’t had an update from this topic so was checking manually. I see the issue attached, although I’m guessing the live site isn’t giving me these results as Wordfence is possibly disabled currently?

The “There has been a critical error on this website” suggests there’s a PHP error and this is the friendly error message to prevent a blank page, or a page full of errors from being served. Your best option is to check your site’s error logs and relay to us the error message being displayed to prevent your site content from loading. Your host can help you out with getting this information if you’re unsure where to look.

If the issue can’t be resolved from you or your hosts directly when you see the error logs, let me know the precise message here and we can try to figure out where the problem originates.

    Thanks again,

    Peter.
