    Hi,

    I can’t save the template I made to the on-hold status.

    I updated the plugin and clicked on the reset template, but the error still exists.

    Could you help based on this?

    The previous 2 templates that I made worked perfectly well for the processing and the completed order, but I don’t know what the problem could be with this one.
