hello hjogiupdraftplus thank you for your responses,

No, I’m not using subdomain I’m using original domain name but hosted on shared web hosting service.

    php version: 8.2.20

    Web server: Apache

these section was enabled before but I just wondering as it happened this way after I disable the plugin features and enabled them back due to plugins conflict.

    Hi @akpae5

Ok, let me know which hosting provider you use it will be good.

Try disabling other plugins and cross-check If it is not the conflict with another plugin ( cache etc plugin )
