I can’t save gallery images via smartphone

    I installed the plug-in and it works great!

    However, it turns out that when I select an image, I can’t save it on mobile devices – that is, by pressing my finger on it. Simply no saving options appear.

    This only works on the page where all images in the gallery appear – in which case, besides being less intuitive, it only saves the thumbnail.

    I wonder if you adjusted the Lightbox Display you were using.
    We do appreciate if possible to remove or change the access to that page now for security reasons.

    It seems that it’s possible to save the photo if you hold tap the picture on the zoomed image on the lightbox effect. In case the problem persists, please share with us what kind of device are you currently using for testing (Model, browser version, Operative System version).
