I can't save changes to my Opt In Form.

    I can’t save my changes to my Opt in Form “Email solutions” and “Form.” Also, nothing happens when I did a test by entering my name and email (I wasn’t notified by email or added my Mail Chimp list. And why are there two sign up forms below my post, when I only need one: the “Did You Enjoy My Article” form.
