Cyr2lat is not a translation plugin. It transliterates slugs. As far as I can see, it works well on your site, transliterating page title Болови у расту код деце – шта су они и како их ублажити код ку?е to the slug bolovi-u-rastu-kod-dece-sta-su-oni-i-kako-ih-ublaziti-kod-kuce.

    Does it transliterates whole text

    Never.

Why did you have such an idea? Nothing in the Readme can be treated like that.

Your answer is to passioned I don’t understand what I ask you wrong, what’s the point of this plugin just to change URL?

I have just installed the plugin on a site in the development phase.

I (the editor) have created a few posts, with Cyrillic (Macedonian) letters. When I hit “Convert Existing Slugs”, I get “Cyr To Lat has not found existing term slugs for conversion.”.

BTW, there are several locale tables. How the plugin detects which locale table to use?

The plugin uses site language to define the current conversion table. This table is marked as (current)` on the plugin options page.

When your site language (Settings->General->Site Language) is Macedonian, newly created post slugs will be transliterated automatically, and Convert Existing Slugs will use Macedonian table also.
