I can’t remove the banner I’ve created

    I created a pop up banner a few weeks ago. I don’t need it anymore but I can;t delete it and I’ve tried de activating the plug in but the pop up still stays

    I have checked your site but could not find a pop-up that is from our plugin. It probably is from a different entity, could you kindly share a screenshot with us that shows the pop-up, so we can check further?
