I can’t remove access

    Hi. I want to eliminate access to one of the courses of a user, but as you can see in this video, it does not work for me. Although I delete it and keep the changes, it still has access.

  • This seems like a learndash plugin topic not UM.

    Why can’t I unenroll a user from a course?
    This is likely because the course does not have a price, or the JOIN button feature has not been enabled. If neither of these are enabled, then the course is “open” and everyone is auto-enrolled.

    Add one of these and you will be able to unenroll a user from a course.
