    Good day everyone

My problem is that I can’t receive any mail that comes from my WordPress. By this I mean website notifications, WooCommerce notifications and WPForms forms.

The problem is only in my domain, since I have changed the addresses of WooCommerce and WPForms for others of Gmail and the emails arrive immediately. I tried to place another email from my same domain and it doesn’t arrive, so I conclude that the problem is with my domain.

I already contacted my domain and hosting provider, they don’t know what the problem is so I didn’t get much help there. I contacted the email provider (Titan) and when reviewing the input logs they mention that there is no WordPress log, so apparently the emails do not even reach my address and are blocked by my provider or some other activity. It seems that they simply do not send.

I already tried another email from another professional domain (not Gmail) and the emails did arrive but with a bit of a delay.

In the end, the problem is with the email addresses of my specific domain, I don’t get anything.

I already tried several plugins like WP Mail SMTP to “fix” this problem but nothing happened. I used the “Check & Log Email” plugin to send test emails to different addresses and that’s where I realize that all the addresses I’ve tested work fine, except for my domain.

I also thought that it could be my specific address so I created a new address of my same domain and it doesn’t work either.

Any idea of ??the origin of this problem?

I would VERY appreciate any help.

The problem is most likely with your hosting provider. They are likely blocking or rerouting or failing to deliver emails with a domain that matches the hostname they are serving.

Did the Check & Log Email plugin give any error or log messages about the failing emails? Can you paste those errors/logs with any sensitive info redacted?

Sadly no, the Check & Log Email plugin don’t give me any error messages, only this:

“The test email has been sent by WordPress. Please note this does NOT mean it has been delivered.”

But I know the emails are not reaching my mail because the process is instantaneous. I make a test with a gmail address and by the time I check my phone the email is already there.

I’m gonna check this situation with my hosting provider again expecting a different result this time.

After two hours in support line with my provider finally the problem has been solved. I’m gonna mark this as resolved. Thanks!

Do you mind giving a quick outline of the solution @kaegamkt23 so it might help others in future?

I can’t say a lot, it was pretty much a chat with the support assistant of my hosting and domain provider.

I told them the whole situation and I was very specific that my problem was my domain, that my WordPress hadn’t problems to send emails to any other addresses, only mine.

After a lot of waiting time they just told me to do another test and finally worked.
