    Hy guys,
    Nice job with the plugin!
    Can you help me with some problem please?
    I have installed osTicket on https://mywebsite/suport/ (from hosting cpanel /Fantastico ), i have installed the plugin, the plugin has recognized the DB, all good, but when i try to Activate, it doesn’t working.
    It stays “Offline( offline will display maintenance message on website )”.

    Where is the problem? What i did wrong?

    PS there is any way for the guest to send tickets?

    Hello,

    What osticket version do you currently use?
    currently it seems only 1.9.3 works well.
    1.9.4 supported version will come out shortly (still working out a few bugs).

    Version number is in “AdminPanel>Settings” ? If so “System Preferences and Settings (v1.6 ST)”

    Hello,

    If you go to the SCP –> then click Admin panel –> at the top there of the page contact you should see something like:

    “System Settings and Preferences – osTicket (v1.9.3)”

    or:

    “System Settings and Preferences – osTicket (v1.9.4)”

    Our plugin does not support older versions anymore.

    I need help….i have the same problem….cannot go “online” I have 1.9.4 vers….all the right database info, it will create ticket..help!

    Got it to work….thought my db prefix was tekpc_ but its the original prefix of ost_ ….now it works, thanks!!

    Glad you got it to work!
    please note a fresh 1.9.4 would have issues with our plugin version 1.2.5, i have addressed those issues with todays update of 1.2.6

    I’m not able to get this working either. I have Key4ce osTicket Bridge version 1.2.6. Interestingly when I try to go to my osticket I’m getting “fatal error: contact system administrator” any ideas? Could this be related to the plugin? I haven’t changed anything with osticket itself.

    I also get this email

    Unable to connect to the database -Access denied for user ‘(mydomain)’@’localhost’ (using
    password: YES) https://www.mydomain.com/helpdesk/

    Hello,

    That means your mysql database information is not correct.
    Please make sure the database settings are 100% correct and the plugin will work just fine ??

    It turns out during maintenance it looks like my host (WP-Engine) may have changed my DB Password. After updating the DB Password in OSTicket config and the plugin functionality has returned.

    I wonder how routine this is?

    Confirmed.

    Due to a major bug in the past few days it looks like the more pro-active hosts are changing DB Passwords. idmess I’d check that first.
