I can’t open my website with www

    Hi,
    For some reason I uninstalled wordpress and deleted all the files from root directory. Then I reinstalled wordpress. That works fine. But the real problem is now my website isn’t opening with when I type https://www.example.com in browser. Its only opening with example.com. But before uninstall I could open with both ww and non-www. What should I do now. Please help. My website is https://ericocchipinti.com/

    Hi @nipu07nilufer,

    This is a hosting issue. It has to do with the site’s DNS configuration.
    Please contact your hosting/domain-name provider, they’ll know how to resolve this ??
