I can’t login to WPML.org – everything is forbidden!?

    Hi, I have purchased WPML multilingual license a long time ago and renewed it also.
    I cannot login to wpml.org or send a support ticket – has someone blocked my account or something? I get: 403 Forbidden

    I have troubles with my license in test/staging environment – it was complaining something about the license and I went to check – now I can’t even login to wpml.org..

    Is there some support email or something I could send a message to?

    My prod site seems to be ok with WPML at the moment. I have WPML Multilingual CMS.

    I hope everyone has a better day than me ??

    Thank you – now it seems to work. Very odd – I did not try many times so that it would go locked – it was locked so that I could not even enter the account page to check that my sites info is correct (it was – and again this morning my staging server complained that it does not get the connection to WPML..).
    Anyway today I got the connection working and checked my data is correct. I dont know why WPML on server keeps complaining though.

    Our system said that our servers had disturbances yesterday, this might explain that.

    I am glad you can connect again now.

    If you have any other problem, I recommend to open a chat on wpml.org.
