  • Hi, I am having the same problem. Do we have a solution? I need to update the web site. I can’t disable the plugin because I can’t login.

Hi, I solved it using Total Commander. I went through it directly to the site files and physically deleted this plugin.

In Total Commander I went via
    – icon up Connect via FTP server – New connection button –
in the field Session and Hostname I wrote my domain (without www) – in the field User I wrote the login I have to log in to wordpress and in the Password is not in wordpress but the password you have in your FTP account on the servers (your hosting provider, you will find it in your hosting settings) – then click to OK button

    – Connect button – and you go to the folder: www – wp-content – plugins
    – and there you will find the Simple Google reCAPTCHA plugin and delete the entire folder with it.

And you will be able to log in to wordpress, this fixed the problem for me.

If you do not know your login details and password, contact your hosting provider.

    Hi @dominokozmali and @catsamuk,

You have entered probably wrong keys. You should see emergency reCAPTCHA deactivation link – no need to use FTP.
