I Can’t Login to the Admin Panel

  • Hello,

    I cannot log in to the administration panel. I type the username and password and press the login button but it does not respond. So it doesn’t give in error. I think the plugin is preventing me from logging in. My hosting server had recently moved to a different place. I also activated PHP 7.3. Is there a problem from it? How can I login to my management panel? I changed the name of the plugin from FTP but it didn’t work! Please help me.

    If you disabled Wordfence, but you still cannot login to your site – this might be caused by another plugin.

    Can you run the following query on your database to disable all plugins on your site?

    UPDATE wp_options SET option_value="" WHERE option_name="active_plugins";

    Are you getting any errors?

    If disabling Wordfence and other plugins don’t help there is likely something else causing this. I’d suggest reaching out to your host for their thoughts. They have access to your server and can look a little deeper.

    3 months have passed … We can not enter the WordPress administration panel in any way. We tried everything. Would it be such a silly add-on?
