I can’t login to site via wp-admin. I have to go through BlueHost.

    I just switched my website over from WordPress.com yesterday. Everything was working fine or so I thought. Today I tried to log into my site via the https://www.iamthemommynow.com/wp-admin/ page, but it is telling me that my e-mail, username, and password are all invalid I tried to reset the password, but it told me there was no account linked to the address or the username.

    I KNOW I am using the right information. I have tried to login on my phone, through the app, and on my computer. The only way I can get to the dashboard is by going to BlueHost and clicking on “My Sites.” It doesn’t even give me the option to log into WordPress from there.

    I am so frustrated. PLEASE HELP!

    I read that it could be an issue with Plug-ins. I deactivated all WordPress plugins and cleared my cache. Nothing has helped thus far.

    I am chatting with them right now and they are assuring me that everything is working correctly. I am so fricken frustrated.

    It’s good that it’s back up, but I still can’t login through the WordPress Admin page. I have to go to the Bluehost Site and go to MySites.

    Do you know why this might be happening? Every time I try to login through my website it tells me my login information is invalid. It’ll say that there is no account associated with my username or e-mail address.

    login via BH then look under USERS on the dashboard. Reset your password there or add a new admin user for yourself.
